Warranties (Excluding Wood Destroying Insects)
We guarantee every quarterly pest service with a 90 day warranty. For ninety days after a quarterly treatment we will come back FREE of charge to spot treat any active covered insect issues you may have**. With the quarterly service program you are 100% protected 365 Days a year.
Covered Insects treated for during a Pest
Termite Control / Pre-Treatment Warranty Extended warranty may be available on Baiting Programs and
Termidor Treatments only.

All payments are due at time of service. There is a fee of
$35.00 for returned checks. Customer shall pay all cost and fees associated
in the collection of any monies owed. Any credit accounts will require
approval from management before initial service. Outstanding balances are
due in full within 30 days.
Any balances still outstanding after thirty days will be subject to a
10% finance charge. Any balances outstanding after 90 days will be sent to
collections. This agreement is an outline of our service warrantees and
covered pests. This agreement also covers payment requirements and
We do not use a contract for our quarterly service program but if 2
quarterly services are missed concurrently , we will consider the quarterly
service agreement void and any future services would require a Initial
service again at the current Initial services rates.
Any insects or rodents that need to be controlled and are not listed
on the covered pest lists will be a additional charge.
In order to achieve the best possible results from the services, the
customer should correct conditions conducive to the breeding and harborage
of pests when instructed to do so by a Southern Pest Management Technician.
Failure to do so may prolong the problem and void any guarantee until the
conditions are corrected
Any liability Southern Pest Management has, written or implied, under
this agreement will be voided if Southern Pest Management is prevented from
fulfilling its responsibility under the terms of this agreement, by an act
of God, or by circumstances beyond the control of Southern Pest Management
According to state law, a commercial pest control operator must remove
any rodent bait from the premises if this agreement is terminated. This
agreement will remain in effect until Southern Pest Management receives
notice of cancellation. Service will continue on a monthly or quarterly
basis until such notice is received.

Southern Pest Management does its very best to offer a safe,
effective and quality service. We however do not accept any liability for
loss, damage, injury or death to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods or
damage to equipment or properties unless caused by gross negligence of our technician.
All products are applied in accordance with the label.

contact you to schedule your quarterly service , your account will be moved
to the following quarter and you will be called again during that month. After
2 Quarters , if there has been no communication between you and our office ,
we will consider the quarterly program void and you will be removed from the
quarterly call list. Any further services would be at the current Initial

control services are only for the control of household pests. No wood
destroying insects are included in a general pest service. Furthermore no
termite inspection or inspections of wood destroying insects are performed
during the pest service unless clearly noted on the service ticket. Wood
destroying insect inspections and WDIR reports are separate and have an

17. Pest Control Services include a interior treatment , Exterior barrier treatment ( 25ft Perimeter) and treatment of crawlspace areas. This will create a pest free living / working environment. Attics will be treated if there is reasonable access. There will be a additional charge for any treatments of insects beyond the 25ft barrier or any additional buildings . Yard treatments beyond the 25Ft perimeter or If the treatment to additional structures are made at time of the regular service the fee will be discounted to a lower rate. Yards , Outbuildings and "Other Structures" can be treated but are not covered by our warranty. Any additional trips to address a issues beyond the service perimeter will have a additional charge based on the issue . Our minimum service charge is
